Philip started his career with HSBC overseas before returning to the UK to co-found/found 4 successful businesses. Two were sold to major competitors, one wound up due to regulatory changes and Darwin Whitty continues to thrive. He has over 30 years experience in commercial, regulated markets, public and not for profit sectors. He acts as Mentor and Executive and good growth Coach to senior leaders at CEO and Director level. Since 2011, Philip has also mentored and coached the Clergy in the Diocese of Canterbury. He co-founded a community choir, now in its 9th year.

Sally has an established reputation for developing excellent senior coaches and her current projects revolve around the optimal performance of people in organisations as well as the development to post graduate level of other coaches. Sally has gained a reputation as an international speaker and is the author of three books. She completed her doctoral research into dysfunctional, identity issues in senior partners in law firms resulting from commercial challenges and the changing face of the profession. She is a visiting fellow at Kingston University and an associate lecturer at University of Derby. She directs the ICF ACTP faculty and that of the MA in Applied Coaching.

Robin is an Executive Coach, Facilitator and Behavioural Change Consultant. Since forming his own Company in 2005, he has coached Executives and facilitated team behavioural change meetings with the European Pepsico CEO and his Executive Team. With CISCO he has worked at UK board level, EMEA and UK levels within HR, and at Global level with their Inclusion & Diversity and Employee Relations teams. In Natixis he is working as an Executive Coach with the CEO, Head of EMEA Wholesale Banking and members of his team. In BT he facilitated teaming workshops for the Director of Wireless rollout and In Tear Fund worked with the Marketing and Church Relationship department enabling them to operate as a team. His career in IBM covered 25 years in Customer Engineering, 5 years in Total Quality Management, and 8 years in CRM and Organisational Change. He has a particular interest in working with Executives to help them understand their thinking and behavioural patterns, so they can enhance their ways of Leading and implementing strategy. He is finally learning blues guitar.
