Strategic Facilitation and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)

This 3 step intervention will -

  1. Bring Senior Teams together to know each other better in context and clarify current state - AS IS and then where the team/organisation seeks TO BE.

  2. Clearly identify together what they need to - start/stop, do less/more of to create momentum and willingness to achieve the desired outcome(s).

  3. Help establish the results/goals that need to be in place to achieve the outcomes defined in 2 above - then agree who is accountable for what, individually or collectively. We use OKR methodology where appropriate.

A key outcome is that, alongside an action plan and performance review method (OKRs), the team develops the skill to respond effectively to situations rather than react impulsively. This skill of "response-ability" is emphasised as crucial for leaders and influencers.
